Database
Gtrack prompts the user for uniform field input into a
database that builds continuously with each record. This
database transforms into a powerful information source
with sorting and filtering capabilities for tracking work,
reporting progress, and storing an accurate record of
maintenance and repair activities.
How the Database Works
Each item (or group of items) is entered as a database
record. The Gtrack record is designed to hold all pertinent
information required for a complete report including;
• Complete Description
of Area and Detail
• Tubes, Assemblies, and Elevations
• Tube Material: Grade/Type, OD, and Thickness
• Welding Rod (automatically established once
material is selected)
• Root Cause, Repair, and Physical Appearance
• UT Results
• Component Drawing
• Photo Corresponding to Entry
• Scrolling Comment Field
• Automatic Prioritization of Repairs
• Date and Record Author
Gtrack is programmed with
the proper terminology and nomenclature for most all
boiler manufacturers. Drop down boxes provide uniform
field information for data entry and new terminology
can be added by the user within any field for customization
purposes.

Reports
By clicking two buttons within a database record screen,
a report is automatically generated and ready for print.
Gtrack compiles all related database records and automatically
prioritizes repair items. At the same time, all related
text fields, drawings, and photographs are imported
into an easily understandable and accurate report. Once
a report is generated, it is automatically saved to
the user’s pre-defined path. Gtrack also offers
two varieties of report formats.
